FTX-331 - THE LONDONERS

SONG & RECITATION with John Foreman, Fred Luckhurst, Bill Burnham & Bill French

Some of the traditional Music Hall favourites sung by John Foreman, as it were on stage, with a small orchestra in the pit and theatrical effects and then, in contrast, as sung in the bars and tap-rooms, unaccompanied, by Lucky Luckhurst and finally three songs with pub piano by the "Two Bills" recorded at a noisy session in "The Cock and Monkey" in Bermondsey in 1954.
