SKIPPING & CHASING GAMES

No less than 90 recorded examples of playground games recorded in the North of England in the 1960s. Being the last of four selections, these feature Skipping and Chasing Games, as distinct from the Counting-Out & Ball Bouncing (FTX-194) and Singing Games (FTX 195-6). Most were recorded in Cumbria, Lancashire and Yorkshire.
